Every building is different, so we price after a free walkthrough. Price depends on square footage, number of restrooms, how often you need service, and any add-ons. Your proposal shows one clear monthly price with every task listed.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Our agreements are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, we have a minimum per visit so we can send a full, properly equipped crew. We'll go over it during your walkthrough.
Do you charge extra for the walkthrough or proposal?
No. The walkthrough and written proposal are always free, with no obligation.
Can my price change?
Your monthly price stays the same as long as your scope stays the same. If you add services or space, we'll update your proposal in writing first.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly and accept most major payment methods. Property managers can be billed by property.

What if I don't like my crew?
Tell us. We'll talk through what's not working and make changes, including a different crew if needed. Your satisfaction comes first.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We're happy to review your security and confidentiality requirements.
Service
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most clients prefer evenings, early mornings, or weekends. Day porter service is available if you need someone on site during business hours.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are included. Restroom paper products and liners can be provided by you or added to your plan.
What if something gets missed?
Call or text us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no charge.
Can I get a one-time clean?
Yes. Deep cleans and commercial move-in or move-out cleans are available. Most clients pair them with a weekly plan.
How fast can you start?
Most clients have their first clean within about a week of the walkthrough.
Can I change my cleaning day?
Yes. Just give us a little notice and we'll move your weekly day to one that works better.
Do you use green products?
We can use green-certified products on request.
Do you do floor stripping and waxing?
Not at this time. We focus on weekly floor care, carpet extraction, and tile and grout cleaning, and we're happy to recommend a trusted floor refinishing partner.
